Presenter:
Kenneth Matuszewski, Associate, Rabicoff Law; Member, LCA Associate Board
Kenneth concentrates his practice on patent and intellectual property litigation. Before joining Rabicoff Law, he was a law clerk and patent agent at Greer, Burns & Crain, an IP boutique firm, where he worked on all manner of patent prosecution in the life sciences, medical devices, electronics and the mechanical arts. Kenneth formerly worked at the Patent Trial & Appeal Board in the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), where he gained valuable insight about the inner workings, processes and procedures of the USPTO. He is a past winner of the Ladas Memorial Award, an international trademark law writing competition. He also competed nationally and won awards, including Best Brief, at several stages of the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition. Kenneth is a registered Patent Attorney and licensed to practice in the State of Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
