A Hands-On Introduction to the Value Proposition Canvas

This follow up to the Business Model Canvas workshop breaks down two key elements of the canvas to focus specifically on creating something customers want and will actually use or buy. Whether you are getting started or planning for growth, this tool will help you conceptualize the fit between your customer and your company’s offering.

Key Takeaways include:
· What is a value proposition canvas and how can you use it?
· How do you really understand your customer’s problems, wants, and needs?
· How do you find that sweet spot between your product/service and what customers actually want?
