Kelsi Grismanauskas is the Director of Permanent Placement Services with Robert Half, the world’s first and largest talent solutions firm. Kelsi is a dedicated professional with nearly five years at the firm, she joined the company as a Recruiting Manager and quickly advanced to Practice Director before her current role. Before her tenure at Robert Half, Kelsi was the Director of Marketing, specializing in integrated marketing with a strong emphasis on digital strategies. This experience paved the way for her seamless transition into the marketing and creative staffing industry.
Kelsi is an AIGA Chicago member and actively participates in industry events, including the American Marketing Association’s BrandSmart, where she engages as a vendor annually. She holds a degree in Public Relations and Advertising from DePaul University.
