Shaily (shy-lee) Hakimian grew up in the north suburbs of Chicago. She has always had a longing for community and, in high school, discovered the world of possibilities and friends on MySpace and ended up managing an entire online community at the age of 15. Since graduating from Indiana University, she has managed accounts for various nonprofits and Jewish organizations. She loves live streaming her debate show on Periscope, sharing articles she writes on Medium, over-analyzing Facebook posts, engaging with new friends on LinkedIn, and live Tweeting the crap out of every conference she attends. She wants to make everyone enjoy social media through teaching, working events, or managing other peoples social media.

What’s Roundtable? Founded in 2012, we are a peer-to-peer forum for independent small business owners to share and discuss ideas, provide collective feedback and solutions, and inspire and energize each other as we move our businesses (and lives) forward. We meet on the third Wednesday of every month from 9:30–11:00am. We began as a group for women in business but all growth mindset humans are welcome. Questions?
