Have you heard the phrase Design Thinking more than usual? Wondering what everyone is so jazzed about? That’s either because 1) designers are good at marketing or 2) it’s a great way to generate, test, and roll out plans and products. It’s probably a little of both, and we want to show you some of our design thinking methods that we use to generate and organize ideas, choose the best one, and then make a plan to launch it. All in 2 hours! Are you ready?

We use design thinking methods not only in our work, but as a tool to help our business grow and evolve. Let us show you how to do the same.

This hands-on session introduces and applies the fundamentals of Design Thinking and Innovation. Participants will learn how to tackle real customer problems through rapid ideation and prototyping exercises. Breakout teams will empathize with customer experiences and use this to identify opportunities and barriers, brainstorm potential solutions, and discuss and iterate ideas before presenting and discussing their solutions with the full group.

Who is this for:
Marketing Directors, Entrepreneurs and Product Owners seeking to better understand methods for design thinking to benefit their process and products.
Key takeaways:
  1. Learn how to quickly develop ideas
  2. Learn what to expect in working with and facilitating small, collaborative groups

Join Demetrio Maguigad and Emily Lonigro, partners at LimeRed, for an interactive workshop on Design Thinking to help your organization or business grow with intention.

We recommend at least two people from your organization attend this event. It's just easier with another person. If you're a solo entrepreneur or leader — never fear! The methods work.
